2025年12月21日，中国传统节气冬至，泰安富力万达嘉华酒店隆重举办了以“冬至祈福·万市大集”为主题的冬至点灯仪式。本次活动旨在以温暖灯光点亮寒冬，以经典淮扬佳肴致敬中华饮食文化，为泰城宾客及市民呈现了一场融合传统民俗与美食盛宴的沉浸式文化体验，正式拉开了酒店系列辞旧迎新活动的序幕。
当晚，酒店大堂流光溢彩，洋溢着浓厚的节日氛围。精彩的舞蹈演出后，酒店总经理金锴先生与特邀嘉宾泰安市商业综合体商会会长史春阳先生共同点亮了象征希望的灯火。瞬间，百盏灯笼齐放光明，温暖的光芒照亮了冬夜，也点燃了在场每一位宾客心中的暖意。
此次活动的亮点之一，是酒店精心打造的灯笼长廊熠熠生辉，各式灯笼错落有致，灯光柔和雅致，与酒店的精致装潢相映成趣。宾客们漫步于灯笼长廊之下，光影交错间，沉浸式感受冬至佳节的团圆氛围。随着点灯仪式的开启，全场灯光次第亮起，璀璨光芒照亮整个大堂，“万市大集”的美好愿景在此刻缓缓铺展，现场掌声雷动，热闹非凡。
精彩的民俗和热闹的大集，也吸引了外国宾客参与其中。非遗手作摊位前亲手制作非遗锦鲷花灯和糖葫芦、品尝爆米花以及棉花糖的香甜，同时参与点灯仪式的宾客，亲手制作五彩纳福水饺。一场热闹的暄和万集，寄托着对“冬至大如年”的向往。
本次活动还与万达酒店“寻味淮扬 弘扬国宴”主题活动惊喜联动。酒店行政总厨，淮扬菜大师范信山亲临现场，为宾客们带来了招牌菜品“一鱼三吃”--松子炒鱼米鲜嫩清甜、芥味脆皮鱼条外酥里嫩，明炉羊肉鲜鱼圆温润滋补，每一道菜品都尽显淮扬菜“清鲜平和、精工细作”的独特魅力。同时，酒店推出的多款淮扬菜定制菜单也同步亮相，涵盖婚宴、商务宴、家庭宴等多种场景，满足不同食客的味蕾需求。
